Food by Design, third edition, has been updated to match the Australian Curriculum and new AusVELS curriculum. It stimulates students' interest in Food Technology and helps them develop the relevant knowledge and skills required for VCE level studies. Food by Design fosters lifelong skills and enthusiasm for cooking, nutrition and general wellbeing.
